We offer the fastest delivery options available with a trusted and reliable courier- Interlink Express.
All orders are tracked on a next working day service (except highlands which is 2 days) unless selected otherwise.
We do provide a weekend/ timed delivery for those special occasions at an additional charge (orders must be placed by 2pm on the Friday to receive this service).

UK Non-Mainland (Excluding Framed Art/ Glitter Wallpaper) DHL/UK Mail
For all non UK mainland customers, deliveries will be made within 2-3 days with Interlink Express, unless passed to a third party courier in your local area (e.g off shore islands).

International (Excluding Framed Art/ Glitter Wallpaper) Parcelforce

fab-home interiors is pleased to offer some of the lowest International shipment rates available excluding PO Box addresses.
Carriage will be calculated at the checkout prior to payment based on your delivery address provided.
Please ensure where possible an email address and phone number are provided to help the courier should they have difficulty locating your address.

Framed Art/ Glitter Wallpaper APC Courier

When purchasing fragile or oversized items we use a specialist courier to prevent damage in transit.
Your delivery will be booked in by our head office on a convenient week day of your choice. The courier will make the delivery between 9am-4pm.
We prefer that someone is there to sign for the item; however we understand this is not always possible, in this instance we can deliver to a neighbour, or leave the item in a safe place of your choice. (If left in a safe place this is at your own risk, we cannot be held liable for theft or damage).

Large Bulky Items

We aim to deliver these items on our own vehicles in the North West and we will unpack, assemble and remove all rubbish for you, some North West locations and outside the North West will be delivered by pallet courier, this involves the courier arriving at your address and they will leave the pallet on the kerbside/driveway, they will not unload the items or carry them in to the property, you will be informed when we book the delivery in with you, as to which service you will receive.

How can I submit a return?

In the unfortunate event you wish to return your order please email with your order number (located on your confirmation email) as well as your name and delivery address. Please note: Any Custom Artwork cannot be returned.

Please ensure the product is in a resalable condition and the return reference provided is visible for warehouse acceptance. Please do not write directly on postal tubes.
Items cannot be returned if they have be used or purchased 14 days prior to receiving your return request.
Please let us know the reason for return.
All emails will be answered within 48 hours excluding weekends, please do not return any items without a return reference being provided via email or phone.
On receipt of your order the goods will be checked and processed within 5 working days. Should a replacement or alternative item be requested these will be dispatched on a next day service (postal charge will apply). All refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
We cannot be held liable should an item be received back into our warehouse damaged, a refund/replacement or alternative cannot be processed.
We would highly recommend packaging the product securely for transit and also ensuring the item with your chosen courier/ postal service to enable a claim.

Christmas Deliveries.
Please be aware any Artwork items which are handmade may not get to you before Christmas if you order after the 5th of December. We will still make every possible effort to get your items to you before Christmas
